How Priority’s 2022 e|tab Sales Incentive Program Works

This sales incentive is only available to Partners who have not boarded an e|tab merchant with Priority in the past (each a “Participating Partner”). 2 | Onboard Qualifying e|tab Merchants
Participating Partners who meet all requirements will receive the sales incentive that corresponds to the number of Qualifying MIDS boarded by the Participating Partner during the Sales Period, as described in the chart below.
To be a “Qualifying MID”, a merchant must (a) have no prior history of processing e|tab transactions with Priority, (b) be boarded by a Participating Partner to Priority between October 10, 2022 and January 13, 2023 (the “Sales Period”), and (c) process at least $2,500.00 in e|tab sales volume during the Sales Period.
A Qualifying MID will count as two Qualifying MIDs if it (a) processes $10,000/per month during program period NOT $10,000 total, taking into consideration when the account is boarded, or (b) is part of a chain of five or more locations, each of which such location is also a Qualifying MID. These multipliers may be combined so that a Qualifying MID that meets both requirements in the preceding sentence will count as four Qualifying MIDs. For example, if during the Sales Period a Participating Partner boards to Priority a 5 chain location, none of which has a history or processing e|tab transactions with Priority, and each of which processes $10,000/month in e|tab transactions during the Sales Period, then the Participating Partner will be credited with 20 Qualifying MIDs.

4 | Get Paid
Cash incentives will be awarded in March 2023 to each Participating Partner who qualifies.

Contest Rules
1 | To win a prize in connection with this sales incentive program (“Contest”), a participant must be in good standing and have no outstanding amounts due to Priority. Priority reserves the right to apply any prize won in connection with this Contest to any amounts due by the winner to Priority.
2 | By participating in the Contest, each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against Priority, its employees and agents, for any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the Contest, or from the use of any prize. In order to receive a prize, participants must sign an official waiver form provided by Priority.
3 | Each winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 at the end of the calendar year and a copy of such form will be filed with the IRS. Each winner must provide Priority with valid identification and a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before any prize will be awarded.
4 | By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by the decisions of Priority personnel. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the Contest, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing or threatening behavior is prohibited. Priority will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Contest and Priority’s decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. If the conduct or outcome of the Contest is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference or any event beyond the control of Priority, Priority reserves the right to terminate this Contest, or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as Priority deems appropriate. All decisions, including without limitation, whether a particular account counts as a Qualifying MID, will be made by Priority and are final. Priority may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion.
5 | Void where prohibited. Priority may substitute prizes, amend the rules or discontinue the Contest at any time as announced by Priority. Priority disclaims any responsibility to notify participants of any aspect related to the conduct of the Contest.
6 | The conduct of the Contest is governed by the laws of the state of Georgia, which take precedence over any rule to the contrary herein.
